Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A1:  We are an experienced trading service company with our know-how expertise in China Sourcing, New Product Development, Quality Management, and built long-tern strategic business relationships with global customers from UK, France, US, South America and so on, by working closly with our selected partner factories around China.

Q2:Can I get FREE Sample? 
A2:Yes, we provide free sample on our full range products to global customers.
You just bear the shipping cost from China to your office doorway or warehouse.  
  
Q3:What is the Payment Term? 
A3: We normally accept T/T (30% Deposit, 70% Against the copy of B/L),  L/C, OA. 
Credit can be also agreed once the business cooperation is well established between us. 

Q4: Can I have my own customized product?
A4: Yes, product customization requirements such as color, logo, artwork, package are welcome.
We also provide new product development service if you need to re-design the product in order to differentiate from the market, from drawing, prototype, silver sample to mass production. 

Q5. How about your production delivery time?
A5: Our normal Production Lead Time is 20-30 days upon deposit.

Q6: Which shipping method is available and how to track my shipment?  
A6: You can order either FULL Container, or LCL such as pallets, we will work closly with our shipping agents to deliver your goods by sea to your nearest port, or by air to your nearest airport, or by express (DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,EMS) to your doorway.
We will provide you a tracking number once the shipment is arranged, so you can have the visibility of your shipment at the earliest stage.
